Is ALT Direct a recruiter or an agency?
No. It is an information service, and it is deliberately none of the following:
- Not a dispatch company
- Not a placement agency
- Not taking a cut of your salary
- Not mediating applications
Boards of Education make their own hiring decisions. No individual is screened, ranked, recommended or introduced to a Board.
